Heather joined the Human Resources team at Sunrise Senior Living in 2003. In her years with Sunrise, Heather has worked in several functional areas of HR including benefits, employee relations and most recently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager supporting the South Region. Heather has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine. She also received her Professional in Human Resources certificate in 2006.

Heidi has worked with Sunrise for more than 16 years in a variety of positions at the community level including the Director of Community Relations and Executive Director positions. She joined the Human Resources department in 2008. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Indiana University as well as a certificate in Gerontology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Heidi feels very fortunate to have had such a rewarding career with Sunrise and is happy to be a part of our talent acquisition team where she can help to attract others who share our principles and values to join our organization.
