YOUR PART:
Think of your friends, family and past co-workers. Is there anyone that you think might be a good fit for a position at Sunrise? Did you have a "best friend at work" from a previous employer whom you would love to work with again?
- Once you have identified a potential referral, take some time with that person and share with them what you love about Sunrise. Share some of the successes that you have personally experienced. Tell them about the role that you would like to refer them for. Finally, if your friend or family member is interested in working at Sunrise, ask them to indicate that you referred them when they apply for the position. Be sure they put your name on the application as the person who made the referral.
- Be supportive of your referral as they apply for a position at Sunrise and move through the interview process. Be available to answer any questions they may have.
YOUR REFERRAL'S PART:
- Your friend or family member applies for a position and places your name on the application as the person who made the referral.
- Your friend and/or family member engages in the Sunrise interview process.
SUNRISE'S PART:
- Sunrise team leaders engage your referral in the interview and assessment process. Please note we regret that we are unable to provide updates to you during this process; we do this to protect the privacy of all our candidates.
- If your friend or family member is hired and successfully completes their Sunrise 90-day Introductory Period, you are eligible for the referral bonus. Sunrise will record and track the new team member throughout the first 90 days. At, the completion of the Sunrise Introductory Period, Sunrise will process your Team Member Referral bonus reward.
